JFS has many years of experience serving as POA and Legal Guardian for members of the community. As designated POA or Guardian, JFS staff provide ongoing case management services to ensure the safety and well-being of their clients, collaborate with health-care professionals, attend care conferences, handle all financial matters, and maintain ongoing personal contact and interaction with all their clients.
