Family-Based Mental Health Services

(FBMHS) (Dauphin County)

This intensive team-based counseling is offered to families with children or adolescents who are at risk for removal from the home due to severe emotional or behavioral problems. This program also assists families to transition children and adolescents back into the home. Enrollment in Family-Based Mental Health Services is contingent on a recommendation from a MD or Licensed Psychologist/Psychiatrist deeming the child or adolescent meets the program requirements. Family-Based Mental Health Services are funded through PerformaCare (MA) at no cost to the families. Forms related to Family-Based Mental Health Services can be found below:
